Before opening a maintenance request, please read the FAQs below. Carrying out these steps can save you time and money! Tenants may be charged for a service call if the service technician determines that the tenant failed to perform routine maintenance tasks as outlined below or failed to meet the service technician at the scheduled service call.
For emergency items (i.e., no heat, floods, major water leaks), please call our main phone number.
For non-emergency items, please open a maintenance request through the online tenant portal.
- Check all circuit breakers, flip them to the OFF position and then to the ON position.
- Check and reset all GFI (Ground Fault Indicator) outlets (located in kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, porches, and garages).
- Check if the plug works off a wall switch.

- Check with other neighbors to see if there is a major power outage in your area.
- If a major power outage exists, please contact your utility provider.
